Since 2005 African Vision Malawi has been helping children and vulnerable people in Malawi, one of the poorest countries in the world. Their vision is to see a "healthy, educated and self-sufficient community in Malawi".

Good Health Youth Organization (GHYO) is a community-based organization that operates in the Kasungu District working in the areas of water, sanitation, health, agriculture and, in particular, education.

Life Concern promotes awareness of HIV, focusing on preventing mother to child transmission, provides female condoms, and coaches local women in the production of briquettes as an alternative to firewood in order to avoid deforestation.

Lilongwe Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (LSPCA ) is a registered charity in Malawi, dedicated to animal welfare and creating a culture of animal care and compassion.
