Practical Education Network (PEN) envisions an educational system where students learn by doing instead of memorizing by enabling West African Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) teachers to facilitate inquiry-based learning.
PEN is achieving its vision through improving teacher capacity with teacher training workshops.
